Data and privacy notice
What Savio collects, why, and who can see it.
This notice describes how Savio handles your information today. It is a plain-language summary, not a lawyer-reviewed policy; a full privacy policy with Savio's legal details will replace it before paid service begins.
Account information
When you register, Savio keeps your verified work email, your company name, the number of servers you plan to assess, your assessment goal and any details you add, your answer about whether the collection covers normal workload, and when you accepted the terms and this notice.
Assessment information
Each collector ZIP you upload contains workload metrics, server names and configuration, database names and sizes, and collection diagnostics. It is designed to exclude database logins and passwords, AWS credentials, SQL text, query plans, Query Store content, traces, and application table rows. Savio keeps the report produced from each upload in your account so you can reopen it and compare later assessments, and may keep the uploaded package in encrypted storage for the same purpose.
Activity records
Savio records security and account events: failed sign-in checks, collector downloads, rejected uploads, and registration. These records contain identifiers and outcomes, not your workload data.
Who can see it
Your reports and account details are visible only to your signed-in account. Only a small number of authorized Savio staff may view your assessment results, and only to provide support. Savio does not sell your information, does not use it for advertising, and uses it only to provide and support your assessments.
Service providers
Savio uses Supabase for accounts, sign-in emails, and its database, and a hosting provider to run the website. They process your information only to provide those services to Savio.
Cookies and tracking
Savio uses no analytics or advertising tracking. Your browser stores your sign-in session so you stay signed in; signing out removes it.
How long it is kept, and your choices
Reports and account information are kept until you ask Savio to delete them, so you can compare future assessments with earlier ones. To get a copy of your information, correct it, or delete your account and assessments, email [email protected] from the email address you sign in with.
